Innovative Projects and Experiences at DRC Mining Week

Now that we’ve returned home, we wanted to share our thoughts and experiences from DRC MINING WEEK. This was our first experience as exhibitors at this event. Our involvement in DRC Mining Week in Congo marks an important milestone in our efforts to grow and enhance our presence within the African mining industry.
This edition provided us with a valuable opportunity to showcase our innovative projects in design, development and construction of filter presses and technologies, which are widely used in the mechanical dewatering of mineral concentrates downstream of the extraction process, as well as in the tailings dewatering in order to recover process water and eliminate environmental risks associated with the collapse of lagoon basins.
During the event, we had the pleasure of engaging with numerous professionals and local organizations, such as: Compagnie Minière de Luisha (COMILU), Kagael Consulting SARL, Bula Matadi Holdings Sarl (BMH Sarl), etc. listening to their specific needs. Among the key requirements were the demand for advanced solutions and technologies in the remediation of acid mine drainage (AMD) and the recovery and rehabilitation of tailings lagoon basins. This is why next year we plan to return with new projects in these areas, involving local companies and establishing strong local partnerships.
We truly value everyone who took a moment to visit our booth and show interest in our work.
A huge thank you to ICE-Agency and Honorary General Consulate of Italy in Lubumbashi for all support, promotion, information and organizational logistics during the event.
Big thanks to DRC Mining Week for hosting and seeing you at the next edition!
